Task pdf summary trigger via email

This trigger ensures that when a task is completed and moved to a specific stage, an automated email is sent to the customer. The email includes task details, a PDF summary, and an audio recording link (if available), keeping the customer informed.

Steps to Enable Automated Email Notification

  1. Go to Admin Settings

    • From the home page, navigate to Admin Settings.
    • Locate and open the Triggers.
  2. Create a Trigger (click here to know more)

    • Under Triggers, select the stage that will trigger the email (e.g., Completed). 
  3. Set Up Email Action

    • Under Action, select Email, template and then receiver as customer.
    • Select the field in the task form where customer email address will be available.
  4. Select Attachments:

    • Enable Attachments toggle. Then select the attachment type as pdf.
    • Next, select the pdf that you want to share via email.
  5. Save and Enable Automation

    • Save the trigger to enable automation of sending email when a task is moved into a specific stage.

How Customers Receive the Email

  • When the task moves to the Completed stage, the system triggers an email.
  • The email includes:
    • Task details (as filled in the form).
    • A PDF summary attachment.
  • The customer can review the details.
