Reassigning a Submitted Case with reason/ remarks

Reassigning a Submitted Case with reason/ remarks

To enable supervisors to send back cases for correction with stage-based, mandatory remarks—so FEs can fix issues with clear context and direction.

Steps to Reassign a Submitted Case with Correction Remark

Step 1: Review the Submitted Case
Go to the Tasks section from URVA home page, open the case, and identify issues like unclear photos or incomplete remarks.

Step 2: Reassign the Case
Open task & click "Change stage". Select the stage and then name of another FE, and proceed to submit.

Step 3: Add Mandatory Correction Remark
A pop-up will appear to enter a clear reason for reassignment (e.g., "Blurry photo – retake") in the stage-based remarks field which is required to fill. The added remarks will appear under Comments.

Step 4: Case Appears in FE’s Task List
The reassigned task is visible to the FE, showing the correction remark prominently at the top.

Step 5: FE Makes Required Corrections
The FE completes the corrections as per the remark shared by the supervisor and resubmits the case using the normal flow.

Step 6: All Actions Logged and Visible
Reassignment details and remarks are timestamped and logged in the timeline; also available in admin dashboards for tracking.
