Users have the ability to encrypt reports when exporting them as Excel files. 

To protect the file with a password, please follow the steps below:-

1. From the "URVA" home page, Click on the "Admin settings". 
   
2. Click on the "General Settings" under the "Basics Setup". 
   
3. Click on the "View" button under the "Reports settings". 
   
4. Click on the check box of "Restrict password protection". 
   
5. Click the "UPDATE" button to enable password protection for the downloaded file. 

Please follow the steps below to add the password:- 

1. From the Home page, click on Advanced Report under the Analysis section. 
   
2. Select the report and click on the Config button. 
   
3. Select the label and click on the SUBMIT button. 
   
4. Enter the password you want for opening the file. 
   
5. Click on the Download.
