The passwords for the URVA Mobile and Web applications expire every 90 days. A notification is triggered by default 7 days before the expiration date.

To chanage the password, please follow the steps below :- 

1. From the URVA home page, You’ll see a popup with options to change your password.
2. Remind Me Later: Select this if you’d like to change your password at a later time. 
   
3. Change Now: Choose this to proceed with changing your password immediately. 
   
4. Review the Heads-Up: Carefully read the message for important information before proceeding. 
   
5. Continue: Click on Continue to move forward, then enter your new password as prompted.
