Nudges based on Threshold on the Number of Collection Items/Value of Collection Field/ideal time for the Collection items
This feature enables web users to establish thresholds for nudges based on several criteria, including:
- Number of Items: Specify how many items trigger a nudge.
- Value of Item Field: Set thresholds based on the value associated with items.
- Ideal Time for Items: Determine optimal timing for nudges related to items within collections.
Users can set these thresholds either globally or tailored to specific roles assigned within the system. This flexibility ensures that nudges are relevant and effective for different user needs.
To enable the nudge to send a value of collection field, please follow the steps below:-
- From the URVA home page, click on the "Admin Settings."
- Click on "Nudge" under the "Automation" section.
- Place the cursor on the "NEW" button and click on the "Nudge" option.
- Enter the necessary details such as:-Name, Description, Collection(Choose the collection in which the filter has been created), Execution Time(Set the exact time for the nudge execution under the "Info" option).
- Under the "Condition" section:- Select the filter that has been created in the collection, Choose the option as "Grouped" in the Result field.
- Pick the filed of the Collection you wants to Sum in group under the Group based on field.
- Pick as "Yes" in Conditions met option and choose the Operation as SUM and then under the field, pick the field that you want to SUM.
- Under the Operator, you need to pick an option like- Equal to, Grater then etc. that will define the level of the value mentioned in the Value field.
- Enable "Skip sending future notifications if read previous" if you want to skip the nudge for a limited time for users who have read the previous messages.
- Set the Nudge Action:- Click on the "Action" option, choose "Push Notification", and select the template that you want to send as a nudge.
- Under the "User Selection" section:-Pick the role to whom you want to send this nudge and select the source and pick the appropriate field.
To enable the nudge to send number of collection Items, please follow the steps below:-
- From the URVA home page, click on the "Admin Settings."
- Click on "Nudge" under the "Automation" section.
- Place the cursor on the "NEW" button and click on the "Nudge" option.
- Enter the necessary details such as:-Name, Description, Collection(Choose the collection in which the filter has been created), Execution Time(Set the exact time for the nudge execution under the "Info" option).
- Under the "Condition" section:- Select the filter that has been created in the collection, Choose the option as "Grouped" in the Result field.
- Pick the filed of the Collection that you wants to Count under the Group based on field.
- Pick as "Yes" in Conditions met option and choose the Operation as Count and then under the Field, pick the field that you want to Count.
- Under the Operator, you need to pick an option like- Equal to, Grater then etc. that will define the level of the count mentioned in the Value field.
- Enable "Skip sending future notifications if read previous" if you want to skip the nudge for a limited time for users who have read the previous messages.
- Set the Nudge Action:- Click on the "Action" option, choose "Push Notification", and select the template that you want to send as a nudge.
- Under the "User Selection" section:-Pick the role to whom you want to send this nudge and select the source and pick the appropriate field.
To enable the nudge to send ideal time for the Collection items please follow the steps below:-
- From the URVA home page, click on the "Admin Settings."
- Click on "Nudge" under the "Automation" section.
- Place the cursor on the "NEW" button and click on the "Nudge" option.
- Enter the necessary details such as:-Name, Description, Collection(Choose the collection in which the filter has been created), Execution Time(Set the exact time for the nudge execution under the "Info" option).
- Under the "Condition" section:- Select the filter that has been created in the collection, Choose the option as "Grouped" in the Result field.
- Pick the Workflow stage of the Collection under the Group based on field(The stage will define the movement).
- Select "Yes" in the "Conditions met" option, choose "Stage has not been moved since" in the "Operation" option, and then specify the number of days in the "Days" field. (If there is no movement within this time frame, a notification will be sent to the users.
- Enable "Skip sending future notifications if read previous" if you want to skip the nudge for a limited time for users who have read the previous messages.
- Set the Nudge Action:- Click on the "Action" option, choose "Push Notification", and select the template that you want to send as a nudge.
- Under the "User Selection" section:-Pick the role to whom you want to send this nudge and select the source and pick the appropriate field.
