Migration Steps from FeetPort.app to Urva.app
- We will be migrating the FeetPort.app domain to Urva.app.
- This will require a domain migration from DNS and an update of the domain for all companies in the admin database.
- The downtime required for this migration is estimated to be 30 minutes.
Prerequisites for the build (App Users)
- Users should have completed all tasks in the URVA app before the updating the app.
- All data in the URVA app will be wiped out during the update process. Users will need to log in again to the Urva.app app after the updating new version.
Prerequisites for the build (Reporting Users)
- Make sure that activities are mapped to hierarchies on the web app.
- Roles should be updated to have all access to perform actions.
- By default, due dates are enabled. If you need to disable due dates, you will need to update the form.
- There is new workflow introducted in URVA. (It has been set for all companies by default as below. If you need custom logic, you can configure it from the form.)
