Mark in/ Mark Out Attendance

Users can conveniently mark their attendance on the Mobile platform by following these simple steps:

  1. Start by accessing the URVA home page.
  2. Locate and tap on the "Mark attendance" button.



  3. Capture an image by selecting the "Click" button. To submit the captured image, click on the "Submit" button.


                                                  


  4. Lastly, complete the process by clicking on the "SUBMIT" button.


With these steps, field users can efficiently manage their attendance using the URVA platform.



Geo Fence based Attendance Marking: 

The Geo-Fence feature ensures that employees can only mark their attendance when they are within a defined geographic area. This improves accuracy and compliance in attendance tracking. User will not be able to mark attendance outside the geo-fenced area and will get alert message as below:
