To map multiple subscribers to mobile users please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. From URVA Home Page, click on the Users module under Identity management.

2. The user list will be open and click on the user to assign subscribers.

3. Click on subscribers and then click on the Edit option.

4. On the right-hand side, users can view the list of available subscribers to be assigned. (user can also search for the subscribers by clicking on

6. Finally, click on SAVE.
