Manually create task in mobile app

URVA1 gives Mobile users the liberty to create tasks through the Mobile application.

Manually create task from URVA1:

  1. From URVA1 app home page, tap on the 'Activities'.
  2. Click on the activity in which the user wants to perform the task.
  3. Click on the “” icon appearing at the bottom right corner. It will compose a fresh task.
  4. Enter Task title if required.
  5. Tap on CHECK-IN (if it's there) to proceed.
  6. The FORM tab will appear and now start filling in the relevant information.
  7. Capture Media ( Images and Signatures) and other fields.
  8. Tap on FINISH Tab on top.
  9. Tap on Submit Now to complete the task or click Submit later if you want to complete task after some time.
  10. The task is updated to the server and the Supervisor can view the details filled at the same.
