I am unable to track location of my team. What should I do?

If location tracking for the mobile user is not appearing then confirm whether the you have followed the pre-checks/ troubleshooting steps:

1. Location services are enabled and the location mode/locating method is set to "High Accuracy" (These options may depend on the mobile brand or software)



 2. Battery Optimization should be disabled for URVA


3. User's device should not be on "Energy/ Battery saving mode".

If all these criteria are followed by field users and still his location details are not visible in the URVA web portal, please write us at "help@urva.co"  and our support team will provide you further assistance.
