Field users can face this error due to some reasons mentioned below, please follow the troubleshooting steps:

• Please check your device Memory free storage.
  

• If Memory is full please delete some data or move data to SD Card.
  
  

If the issue is still not resolved, then try the following :

• Go to Device Settings and tap on Apps.
  
• Under Storage, click on Photos & Videos.
  
• Now click on Camera.
• Tap on Clear Cache.
• Exit Settings and open URVA.
• Check if a user is able to click images or not.
