I am unable to check in as location is not available. What should I do?
📍 Lost Without a Location? Let's Find Your Way!
When a field user is unable to check as the location is not captured on the map, it can be a temporary issue.
For location issues, perform the following troubleshooting:
If you're trying to check in but your location seems to be taking a coffee break, here's what you can try:
Check Your Phone Settings: Make sure your phone's "Location" setting is turned on. You can usually find it in your phone's settings. Try turnning it OFF & ON.
Restart Your GPS: Give your phone's GPS a little test drive! Open up apps like Google Maps, Uber, or any navigation app. If they can find your location, your phone's GPS is probably good to go.
Allow App Access: To let URVA work its magic, grant it access to your location. Just head to your app permissions, find URVA, and make sure "Location" is enabled.
Disable the modes: For smooth functionality, remember to turn off Hotspot and Airplane modes. Stay connected hassle-free! ✈️📶
Disable Battery Optimization: To ensure optimal performance, disable Battery Optimization.
Reboot/Restart the Device.
