How to Send Messages to Team Members or Community

Follow these steps to send direct or community messages effectively:

1. Access Messaging

   • Go to the Bell Icon  from the selected area.

2. Direct Messaging

   • Under the Messages option, select users one by one.
   • Send direct messages to individual team members.

3. Community Messaging

   • Choose the Community option.
   • Select users based on:
     • Roles (e.g., Managers, Executives).
     • Reporting Users (e.g., direct reports).
     • Reporting Hierarchy (e.g., users in a specific hierarchy level).
   • The message will be shared with all users falling under the selected roles or hierarchy.
