How to Send Messages to Team Members or Community
Follow these steps to send direct or community messages effectively:
Access Messaging
- Go to the Bell Icon
from the selected area.
Direct Messaging
- Under the Messages option, select users one by one.
- Send direct messages to individual team members.
Community Messaging
- Choose the Community option.
- Select users based on:
- Roles (e.g., Managers, Executives).
- Reporting Users (e.g., direct reports).
- Reporting Hierarchy (e.g., users in a specific hierarchy level).
- The message will be shared with all users falling under the selected roles or hierarchy.
