How to initiate a cloud calling from web?

Users will be able to utilize the cloud calling feature to initiate calls from the web between the field user and customer. 

To initiate the call via web, please follow the steps below:- 

  1. From the URVA home page> Click on the Customers under the Customer relationships.
  2. Select the Collection and choose the customer to whom you want to initiate the call.
  3. Click on the Call Icon . 
  4. A new interface will open, displaying the calling details with the status shown as "Call initiated" first side. 
  5. When the call is connected with the first person (Application user), the status will change from "Call initiated" to "Dialing."
  6. After the call is picked up by the first person (Application user), it will display as "Connected." If the first person does not pick up the call, the indication will change to "Not Connected."
  7. The status will progress to the next step and the call will ring at the customer's end, displaying the indication as "Dialing" second side. 
  8. If the customer picks up the call, the indication will change to "Connected"; if not, the call status will display as "Not connected" second side. 
  9. After the completion of the call, the call status will show as "Completed" on both sides.
