The Secure Lock feature implemented in the URVA application provides an additional layer of protection and ensures enhanced security. By utilizing this feature, we prioritize safeguarding your data and maintaining the confidentiality of your information within the application.
Enable the Secure Lock in URVA app, Please follow the below troubleshooting:-
From the URVA home page, Click on the "Account"
Now Scroll Down and Click on the Settings option.
You can see the Security lock option to enable and disable.
A new interface will appear to verify the Lock.
Use your home screen lock. Like- Fingerprint or Pattern for verification.
