Enable Multi-factor Authentication on a user login

Follow the below steps to enable multi-factor Authentication on a user login :- 

  1. From the URVA Home page. Go to the Users under the Identity management module. 
  2. Search and click on the User with the help of Filter
  3. Click on Multi-Factor Authentication which is next to User Profile.
  4. Scan the bar code with the help of Authenticator application.
  5. Enter the MFA code under the Enter code text box. 
  6. Click on the VERIFY & ACTIVATE. 

Note:- The Authenticator application should be installed in the Mobile to Scan the QR Code.
