Steps to Refresh Data in the URVA app

Data Refresh Interval (Every hours)

Data refresh interval is used to get the notification about Home, Contacts, Activity, Calendar and New in saved time.

Configure Data Refresh Interval :- 

  • From URVA home page, click on the Admin Settings

  • Click on the App studio under the Customization

  • Click on New module (Under the phone screen)

  • Click on the card and click on the Details (You can see on the form which will be visible right hand side of the screen).

  • Click on the Dashboard option under the Module type.

  • Mark the Dashboard type (Cards, Analytics, Accordion, List).

  • Select the Data BindingFill another option as per the requirement.

  • Click on the Style. (Beside the Details module).

  • Select the screen module(Home, contacts, Activity, Calendar) where you want to save the Data Refresh Interval(Every hours).

  • Scroll down the form and increase or decrease the Data Refresh Interval (Every hours) as per the requirement.

  • Click on the SAVE option which you can see left bottom corner side of the screen.

  • Give a Remarks and select the Roles who can view it and select the Tab too.

  • Click on SUBMIT.
