Create custom report of the task module

To create the custom report, please follow the bellow steps:

  1. From URVA home page, click on Admin Settings from top left corner.

  2. Click on the Report builder under the Customization.

  3. Click on "NEW" button.

  4. Click on the General option - Enter the required name of the report under the Name test box and Description and select the Activity also.

  5. Click on the fields option - Enter the fields name and select the Operation and Report format.

  6. Click on the Setting icon- Top right hand side of the form under the fields option. And fill the Configuration form according to the requirements. 

  7. Click on the Group and Orders- You can see the Group name which you will fill the label name under the Fields, Mark accordingly. (You can mark the Show territory in report option if you want to see the territory in the reports). 

  8. Click on the Permission option- Select the Role and who can view the reports. 

  9. Click on the CREATE option.

How can you view this report?


  1. From URVA home page, click on the Performance report under the Analysis.

  2. Now you can see the created form.
