How to create the filter for Collection data?

  1. Open the URVA page, Click on the "Customer" module located under the "Collections" section.
  2. Click on the "Filter" button.
  3. Set the desired criteria to filter the collection data(Ensure that the filter criteria are correct and relevant to your needs).
  4. After applying the filter criteria, click on the "SAVE" button.
  5. A dialog box or prompt should appear for creating a new filter.
  6. Enter a name for the new filter in the provided field.
  7. Enable the filter as Public.
  8. Click on the "SAVE" button to finalize and create the new filtered data.
