How to connect with customers through URVA Voice?

Cloud Calling feature in Urva allows you to connect with customers seamlessly. With Urva Cloud Calling, you can enjoy a range of benefits such as Auto call recording, adding call logs, notes, and many more that will transform the way you connect with your customers.

To connect with customers through URVA Cloud Call, simply follow these steps:

  1. On the URVA hello page, click on "Work."
  2. Choose the Customer Collection. Select the customer you want to call from the list.
  3. Click on the "Contact" option below the customer's name.
  4. You'll see two options: "Call" or "SMS." Click on "Call."
  5. After selecting "Call," again you'll have two options: "From my phone" and "From URVA voice." Choose "URVA voice."
    (NOTE : You will receive a call from the number 6364930840. Once you pick up that call, it will be transferred to the customer.)
  6. You will be connected to the customer. Once you've completed the call, you'll be given the option to add a call log.
  7. Add your comments in the notes and click on "Submit."
