Process collection can be assigned to users by using following steps:

1. From left URVA1 home page, go to Process under Collection.

2. Click on Collection name you want to assign to the users.

3. Click on selection box “” option at the bottom.

4. On the left side, you will be able to view “assign user” user option. Click on that. 

5. Select the users to whom the collection is to be assigned.

6. Click on “SUBMIT”

The collection will get assigned to the selected users.

Process collection can be assigned to users by using following steps:

3. Select the Process name.

4. Click on “User” option.

5. Click on “Assign”.

6. Select the users to whom the collection is to be assigned.

7. Click on “SUBMIT”.
