How to map a customer by their territory?

Mapping customers by territory allows users to directly select customers based on territories, saving them a significant amount of time.

      For allocating customer by their territory wise simply follow these steps:
  1. First, navigate to "Customers" under "Collections."
  2. Click on "New," and then select "Bulk Upload."
  3. A new tab will open; download the template from there.
  4. Open the downloaded template and add a new column with the name "territory" to the Excel file.
    (Note: Write the word "territory"  in lowercase.)
  5. After adding the information like customer and assign user information, save the form. Return to the same page, click on "Browse Files," and select the file containing the information you've saved.
  6. Click "Upload," and you will see that customer have been assigned to users based on territories.
