SFTP Data Integration: How To Export/Insert/Delete

Export/Insert/Delete the data from SFTP server by using integration

To perform data export, insertion, or deletion from the SFTP server using the integration module, kindly follow the steps provided below:

  1. From URVA home page, Click on Admin Settings. 
  2. Click on Integrations under Automation.
  3. Click on the + NEW button. 
  4. Fill in the details under the Configurations. (Under Action- Please select the action Insert/Export/Delete and choose the activity or collection as per your requirement).
  5. Map the File Columns and choose the Collection under the Mapping option. 
  6. Fill in the details under the Update as per the requirement. 
  7. Schedule the time when you want to update these details as per the requirement.
  8. Click on the Create option.

Configuration- Give a name of the Integration. 
SFTP Server- Select the SFTP server where you want to Insert/Export/Delete. 
File Path- Fill the file path where you want to update. 
File name- Fill the File name.
Action- Select the action Insert/Export/Delete.
