Hierarchy suggestions based on Home Address while assigning hierarchy

At the time of user creation, there is a field named "Home Address" against user. Now, when you're assigning them a place in the hierarchy, you'll see a list sorted based on the info in their home address, like the city name or ZIP code.

This will help in reducing time in searching the hierarchy.  For example: When you create user one by one, add Home Address with city name as Chandigarh, then you will get chandigarh hierarchy at top of the list while assigning hierarchy.
