Info

Important Notes & Constraints

  • New users cannot register using Gmail SSO. Only existing users can log in.

  • If your email is not pre-registered, you’ll get an error like:
“You are not allowed to login on web”.

  • If logging in from the app, the Gmail SSO must open in URVA’s internal browser.
    External browsers are not supported.

  • 🕑 Gmail SSO must be enabled at the organization level by an admin.

Troubleshooting

Didn’t receive access?

  • Make sure your Gmail is registered with your org on URVA.

  • Contact your admin to confirm your account and SSO access.

SSO not working on mobile?

  • Ensure you're using the in-app browser, not an external one.

  • Clear cache or restart the app and try again.
