What is Calendar

In today's time, people use calendar frequently to schedule events or meetings or any reminders for doing tasks. This has become a part of daily work life. While meeting with customers, users can use meetings. 

What can be done in Calendar:

Calendar is basically used for schedule meetings and events and get reminders about upcoming activities, so you always know what's next. Calendar is designed for teams, so it's easy to share the schedule with others and create multiple calendars that you and your team can use together.

Meetings

For any follow-ups or visits, one can easily create the meetings in URVA app. Even add your team as well. One will get the alerts before the meeting via a push notification.

Who can use Meetings

Any user can use this. Sales Executive or Technician or an RM going for a regular or planned visit to customer. For example:

Benefits:

  1. Paperless meetings- You can take notes within the app making the experience more user friendly.
  2. Alerts- You will get alerts before meetings. 
  3. Flexibility in choosing meeting type as physical and virtual. 
  4.  Include your team members in your meetings along with clients.

What you cannot do in Meetings:

  1. Invites to clients
  2. Record meeting in case of virtual meeting

Pre-requisites:

  1. Meeting option depends upon the plan taken by an account.
