Getting error while creating Users "User Limit exceeded"
In some cases, we see that while creating new users, there occurs an error "User Limit Exceeded". This error message pop-ups because there is a certain number of ID's limit that is given to any account at the time of onboarding.
When user tries to make more ID's than he set limit then the system gives this message. In this scenario, one can delete the unused ID's from the account to make room for the new ID's.
In case, you need to add new users to existing number of users then one must contact their administrator and URVA support team for the solution.
