Follow these straightforward steps to generate and access your call transcripts:
Go to Call Logs in URVA.The system starts creating a transcript and notifies you that it is in progress.Go to the call log screen and click on the "View Transcript" button.If the transcript is still being processed, the system will inform you to check back later.Revisit the call log screen after some time.If the transcript is complete, the system will display the full transcript.Click on Generate Transcript. Read through the transcript.
