Enabling Time Insights in URVA

Enable Time Insights

URVA users can enable time insights for workflow stages by following the steps below:

  1. On URVA home page, Go to Customers under Collections.
  2. The collection list will appear, select the collection accordingly.
  3. Now click on the    icon from the top right corner to update the collection.
  4. Click on the +NEW ADD ON option and then under the Popular tab click on +ADD for the Time Insights and save these changes.
  5. Go to the "Time Insights option" from the right-hand side.
  6. Click on the " ENABLE THE TIME INSIGHTS FOR WORKFLOW STAGES" under the Configuration.
  7. Finally, click on the Close button and then Save the changes in the collection.
