Enable Geo-Fencing on task
Geo-fencing of tasks involves setting up virtual boundaries or perimeters around specific geographic areas. When a field executive enters these predefined boundaries, certain tasks can be completed like check-in and visit completion.
- From URVA home page under Admin Settings, click on Activities.
- Go to Location Checks and then Distance Calculate.
- Click on Enabled and Required
- Choose source as Contact Address or Form Address field. ( if you choose, form address field then select the field of the form)
- Enter the Radius(in meters) for the geo fencing.
- Click Save and then save the entire activity form.
