Enable Geo-Fencing on task

Geo-fencing of tasks involves setting up virtual boundaries or perimeters around specific geographic areas. When a field executive enters these predefined boundaries, certain tasks can be completed like check-in and visit completion.

Follow the steps to enable the geo-fencing in an activity form: 

  1. From URVA home page under Admin Settings, click on Activities.
  2. Go to Location Checks and then Distance Calculate.
  3. Click on Enabled and Required  
  4. Choose source as Contact Address or Form Address field. ( if you choose, form address field then select the field of the form)
  5. Enter the Radius(in meters) for the geo fencing.
  6. Click Save and then save the entire activity form.
