Enable Distance Calculation
Now we can configure the activity form for calculation of the distance between the Check In location and the Customer Address Field. You can adjust different settings to calculate the distance between these two locations in the form like Media Address Location/ Contact Address.
Follow the steps below:
- From Admin Settings on home page, go to Activities and choose the activity form in which you want to enable it.
- Form Editor will open. Go to Location Checks from right menu.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click Distance Calculate.
- Click the Enable
check box. Then select the workflow stages.
- Now select Source Address/ Location field and Destination Address/ Location.
- Choose Source field as Physical Address.
- Now click Save and save the activity form.
The calculated distance will be visible in Task Summary Section of the task both on mobile and web:
