Enable/ Disable system nudges in URVA

URVA provides system nudges that help users stay engaged and alert about pending activities. You can easily enable or disable these nudges by following these steps:

  • From the home page, go to Admin Settings.
  • Click on Nudges, then select System Nudges.
  • You will see both Active and Inactive nudges.
  • Under the Inactive section, click "View" on any nudge you want to activate.
  • Select the Platform and Roles for which this nudge will be sent.
  • Under the Status section, click the Enable toggle button and then click Submit.
