Enable & add linked collection

URVA users can enable linked collections to display data from a separate database that is connected to the current collection. This feature helps users access relevant linked information without it being part of the existing database.

Enable the linked collection:

  1. On URVA home page, Go to Customers under Collections.
  2. The collection list will appear, select the collection accordingly.
  3. Now click on the  icon from the right top corner to update the collection.
  4. Click on the +NEW ADD ON option and then under the Popular tab click on +ADD for the linked collection and Save these changes.
  5. Go to the "Linked collection option" from the right-hand side.
  6. The configuration page will be open, choose "Link to collection" and switch on the "Enable linking" option.
  7. Click on the "New Link" to add the link and then fill in the data in the fields accordingly.
  8. Data should be in the format for these fields:
    • Type-  One-to-one or one-to-many.
    • Target type - Collection.
    • Collection-  Choose any of the collections as per the requirement.
    • Current form Field- Choose the fields such as information, Customer ID, Mobile Number, etc.
    • Target Field- Choose the fields such as Address, Email, signature, etc.
    • Link Label- Give the label to the link.
    • Group- Give the name to a group of collections and attach the picture if required.
  9. Finally, Click on the SAVE button.
