Define Module wise - Role's Permissions

Role permissions define the access to be given to the User to operate the URVA web app and mobile app. Based on these permissions, the User can create, update, delete and view different data in URVA.

Let us learn how to create & edit Roles in URVA:

  1. From the URVA Home Page, click on Roles under Identity Management.
  2. All the created roles will be displayed, now select any particular role from the list to assign the permissions.
  3. The user can see the list of modules of URVA in the center of the screen.
  4. Click on any of the modules and the permissions in that particular module will appear on the right side.
  5. Select the permissions by clicking on checkboxes against every permission or choose the checkbox above Me, Team and Territory module to select all permissions.
  6. After selecting the required permissions, click on the SAVE icon in the upper right corner.

NoteThe categorization of permissions is based on three levels:

Me:- The permissions enabled the actions for the user only

Team:- The permissions are enabled for the user and his team reporting to him.

Territory:- The permissions are enabled for the user, his reporting team, and the users who are assigned the same territory at vertical level.
