Customers view on Map in URVA

The Nearby Customers feature in URVA helps users quickly locate and connect with assigned customers based on their geographical location. By accessing the map view, users can efficiently plan visits and reach out to customers with ease. Follow the steps below to view nearby customers and contact them directly.
  1. From the URVA Hello screen, scroll down to the Customers tab. (Alternatively, navigate to the Work tab and scroll to Customers under Contacts.)
  2. The list of assigned customers will appear.
  3. Click the hamburger icon and select Nearby.
  4. Customer location tags will be displayed on the map.
  5. Tap on a location tag to view customer details.
  6. Click Contact to connect with the customer.
