Customer Dashboards on URVA

The Customer Dashboards feature in URVA allows users to analyze data through graphical and tabular views, making it easier to track performance at different levels. Follow the steps below to access and explore dashboards:

Steps to View Dashboards:

  1. From the URVA home page, click on the Dashboards section. 
  2. Choose the desired dashboard from the available options (e.g., Partners Data).
  3. The page will display a bar graph representing data based on the assigned hierarchy.
  4. Below the graph, a table view provides a numerical breakdown of the data.
  5. Click on specific hierarchy levels to view data at the territory level, then further drill down to the user level for more granular insights.
