Customer 360 degree view in app

Now customers can see the latest features in the Contacts module via customer 360 view.  The latest features of this module have mention below: 

  1. From URVA Home page, go to the Contacts tab.
  2. Select any particular Contact Collection and open it.
  3. Now the Customer list page will be open.
  4. Choose any of the customers to view the details.
  5. Now the Customer 360 view page will appear to the user.
  6. There are various options to interact with the customer such as Call, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Navigate on the top of the page.
  7. The next is the Information feature. Users can view the information of the customer by clicking on the view Info such as Name, Phone number, Date of user creation, Address, etc.
  8. The another one is Orders. Users can view all the details of pending orders on this card and also can create new orders by choosing to create option which can be seen in green color.
  9. The next one is the Tasks module. Users will be able to see all the tasks which have been done by them for the customer view after clicking on the view tasks option from the right bottom corner and also be able to create new tasks after clicking on the create option which can be seen in green color.
  10. After viewing the Information, Order, and Tasks move to the Calls. Users will be able to see all the Calls which have been done by them for the customer view after clicking on the calls option and also be able to create new calls after clicking on the create option which can be seen in green color.
  11. The another one is SMSUsers will be able to view all the SMS which have been done by them for the customer view after clicking on the View SMS option and also can send new SMS by clicking on the >Send Message option.
  12. The last is Link collection data. Users will be able to view all linked collections which have been done by them for the customer view after clicking on the View Collection option.
