Create & update role of users
Create a role for user ID: Roles are the set of permissions assigned to give access or restrict the user to perform various actions. Based on roles, users are allowed to view the user list, user data, and reports of the users.
Create & edit Roles in URVA:
- From the URVA home page, go to
Roles
under Identity Management
- Click on the Role that you want to edit or click on
+NEW ROLE
to create a new one. - Enter the Role Name, add Description, license type and Select parent role.
- Choose the activity & collection forms to be assigned to all users that will be created under tis role.
- Now Menu, click on the
Module
for which you want to provide permissions for the role. - After giving permissions to the required modules, click on
SAVE
or UPDATE
. - Follow the same steps to edit the already created role.
