Create Follow-up of a Task from mobile App
Create a follow-up task for a customer visit:
- Go to Work Tab and click on it.
- Find "My Completed" tasks section by clicking on
- Click on it to see tasks you've already completed.
- Click Follow-up to start a follow-up task.
- A new form will pop up asking for details about the follow-up visit.
- Fill in things like when you'll follow up and any next steps and click "Submit".
- To see all your follow-up tasks, go to "Task 360 View". Under "follow-up" task, find list of all your follow-up tasks along with their details.
That's it! You've successfully created a follow-up task for your customer visit.
