Create & Assign goal under an individual target for frontline executives/ field users

Create & Assign goals front line executives please follow the steps which are mentioned below :-

  1. From the URVA home page, Click on Goals under Team Managementmodule.
  2. Click on  Active tab. A user will see different stages of the goals like "All, Upcoming, Active, and Closed".
  3. Click the All tab and then go to+ New Goal icon to Add a new goal.
  4. Under the Details tab, fill in the Name and Description and then select Target type, Target on, Activity, and Occurrence from the given drop-downs.
  5. Click on Select Users Hierarchy and pick a level, sub-level, and territory from the drop-downs.
  6. Now click on Select Roles and the Create goal page will open, user can change the hierarchy by clicking on the change hierarchy button.
  7. Click on Next and the template for the target will be downloaded into excel format.
  8. Now fill in the data in the given fields such as Id, Target, Username, Role, Start date, End date, Points value, and Points.
  9. Save the file and drag and drop it into the Goal Configuration page.
  10. Finally click on Next to upload the data.
  11. The goals will be created and assigned to respective users.
