Create and edit periodic Goals

Create Goals:

  1. On your URVA Home Page, click on Goals under Team Management.
  2. In the Active tab, click on the + icon to add a new Goal
  3. Fill in the Name and Description, select the target type as Value/Count, or activity field.
  4. Select Target On as Sales/sales by category, quantity, or as per your requirement
  5. Choose an activity and then target accordingly, and after that occurrence, select dates and do next.
  6. Now go to "Select User Hierarchy" and pick levels and sub-levels accordingly.
  7. Afterwards, go to "Select roles"add the respective role to assign a goal, and then click on Next.
  8. Finally, click on the template to download the template under "MAPPING"
  9. Enter the values accordingly and drag and drop the file to the upload screen.
  10. Click on Submit  and a goal will be created.

Notes
  1. Goal: It will be created after occurrence because without occurrence (Time period) it is not possible to achieve goal.
  2. Target type: It will be selected by value if the user wants to view the value of the target or can be viewed by count if the user wants to view the total count of orders or can also choose the activity fields for the task count.
  3. Target On: This option allows the user to choose a target that is primarily focused on the specified categories, such as if they want to create a target that is focused on sales, sales by category, or product quantity or as per their requirement.


Modify the already created goals:

An Admin User can change/modify the configuration of created goals as per requirement at any point in time.

  1. On your URVA Home Page, click on Goals under Team Management.
  2. In the Active tab, please click on the active goal.
  3. Now modify the goal as per requirements and click on Update.


Manually Updating Goals for Each User

  1. Go to the Goals section from the URVA home page.
  2. Open the active goal that needs updating.
  3. Click Edit and navigate to the Mapping tab.
  4. Modify the goals directly in the pop-up window.
  5. Click Submit to save the changes.
  6. Users will receive a notification about the updated goals.
