Create occurrences under goals by following steps mentioned below:

1. On your URVA Home Page, click on Goals under Team Management.

2. Now click on the Active tab under Goals.

3. Choose the occurrence and click on the submit button.

4. Click on the + new occurrence icon to add a new occurrence.

5. Enter the Occurrence name and time period.

6. Set the frequency and then add the start date and end date.

7. Click on the Submit button and a new occurrence will be created.
   
   

Note : 

> An occurrence is used to set the frequency for a goal, where you can choose the time period as weekly, monthly, fortnightly, quarterly or custom.

> Goals can be repeated in accordance with the frequency that is determined by occurrence.

> The occurrence will be created for a specific time period of a goal, which is essential to create before going to create a goal.
