Create a Role accessible to web or mobile platforms

Now, URVA has a feature that allows you to create a Role based on the license type. There are 3 license types Expert, Advance, and Basic. According to the license type, the user will see a list of users.

Create a role based on license type:

  1. From URVA Homepage, go to the Roles under Identity Management.
  2. Click on the +NEW ROLE option.
  3. After that, enter the name of the Role, Description, and now choose the License Type(Expert, Advance or basic)
  4. Select the Parent Role (Reporting manager).
  5. Allowed platforms permission to the role as per the license type such as Web, mobile or both


    Platforms:     There are 2 types of platforms in URVA Application "Mobile platform and Web platform".
                                       
    Mobile:     If the user chooses a mobile platform, he can only access the Urva Mobile application's features.

    Web:  If the user chooses a web platform, he can only access the Urva web application's features.

    Both: If the user chooses both platforms then he can access the Urva web and mobile application's features.

NOTE:  If the user selects the license type as an expert or advanced then they can access the web platform and if the user will have the Basic role then he can access on Mobile platform only. These conditions are applied as per the organization's requirements.
