Create a Pitch Deck on URVA

This document guides you through the process of creating, managing, viewing, and sharing a pitch deck in URVA. The pitch deck functionality allows web users to design and organize multiple pages, which can then be viewed and shared by mobile users to communicate effectively with external stakeholders.

Pitch Deck Creation:

  1. Log in to URVA and navigate to the Template module.
  2. Click on "+ New Template" and then choose "Pitch Deck" to begin.
  3. Add pages to your pitch deck using the text editor or by writing HTML code.
  4. Each page can be customized to fit your presentation needs.
  5. Link the pitch deck to a specific collection, ensuring the relevant collection items are connected to the deck.

Page Management:

  1. Organize the order of your pitch deck pages by dragging and dropping them within the editor.
  2. Ensure that the flow of information is logical and engaging.
  3. Save your pitch deck template.
  4. Access and manage multiple templates from the Template module.

Pitch Deck Viewing and Sharing (App User): 

  1. As a mobile user, log in to URVA and navigate to the relevant collection item.
  2. Open the associated pitch deck to view the pages.
  3. Select the appropriate page from the pitch deck to view or interact with the collection item.
  4. Share the selected page externally with stakeholders using the sharing options provided.
