Create a Controller Dashboard

The controller dashboard is a pictorial representation of tasks performed at different hierarchy levels by different users. Users can manage all dashboards under the Dashboard controller for an hierarchical view of data.

Configure dashboards;
  1. Go to the URVA homepage.
  2. Look in the top left corner of the screen, and click on "Admin Settings."
  3. Under "Customization," click on "Dashboard Builder."
  4. At the top right corner of the screen, you'll see a button that says "Mapping." Click on it.
  5. Now, at the bottom right corner of the screen, there's a button with two quotation marks (""). Click on it.
  6. A new window will pop up. In this window, you'll see options for "Label" and "Configuration."
  7. Click on the "Label" text field and type in the name you want for your dashboard.
  8. If you want your dashboard to show information according to a hierarchy you choose, check the "Enable Hierarchy" box.
  9. If you want your dashboard to show information based on specific users you select, check the "Enable Users" box.
  10. If you want your dashboard to display information based on a specific activity you choose, check the "Enable Activity Section" box.
  11. If you want your dashboard to show information according to a specific time frame you select, check the "Enable Time Section" box.
  12. Click on the "Time Selection" tab, and choose the options you need for the time filter.
  13. Click on the "Role" tab, and select the roles for which you want to display the dashboards.
  14. Under "Dashboards," click on the dashboard dropdown menu and choose the dashboard you want from the list.
  15. Click on the "Width" dropdown menu and select the width you want for the dashboard.
  16. Click on the "Height" dropdown menu and select the height you want for the dashboard.
  17. To add a new dashboard, click on the “" icon. You can add as many dashboards as you need.
  18. Finally, click on the "Submit" button to save your settings.

To add a tabular report type dashboard:

  1. Enable tabular reports at Step 7 in the above flow.
  2. Follow Steps 12 to 16.
  3. Select the required dashboard
  4. Click on Submit button

Where to view the controller dashboard

Web:
  1. On URVA home screen, click on the Dashboard  icon beside Admin Settings on top left corner
  2. Select Time Span for which want view the dashboard
  3. Click on apply filters button - Check the dashboards

Android / IOS Mobile:
  1. On Home screen, click on the dashboards or   icon from bottom bar of app
  2. Click on the required dashboard to view it.
