Configure TAT for workflow stages

Configure TAT for workflow stages

URVA Users can set the TAT based on the workflow stages in each activity by following the steps below:
  1. From URVA homepage, go to the Admin settings and click on the Activities.
  2. Now open the activity from the list accordingly and click on the "+New ADD ON" button.
  3. Click on +ADD for TAT under the Popular tab and then click on " Save".
  4. On the right-hand side of the Form, the user will get the TAT, just click on it to add the scheme.
  5. Now choose the "Source stage, Transit stage, and Destination stage" and then enter the Base TAT in mins.
  6. After that enter the Productive, Neutral, and Un-Productive in mins and save this scheme.
  7. Finally, click on the Save button to save the activity changes.
