Configure Automatic Audio recording

You can enable the automatic audio recording feature for field users, so that when they select a specific field, recording begins automatically.

To enable this feature, follow the steps below:- 

  1. From the URVA home page, Click on the Admin Settings. 
  2. Click on the Activity under the Activity Settings. 
  3. Pick the activity in which you want to enable this feature.
  4. Click on the +NEW ADD ON button. 
  5. Enable the audio under Essentials and save by clicking the SAVE button. 
  6. SAVE the from also. 
Note: Note: The recording will start from the field you selected as the "start" in the audio settings (Activity), and the audio will stop at the field you added for closing. The audio will close automatically if the user switches to any other activity. Like- Backword, Application close etc..
