Change territory of the task/ move task from one territory to another

URVA facilitates users with the option to change the territory of the task/Move task from one territory to another in one go. This saves a lot of time & effort. 

To change the territory of the task/ move a task from one territory to another, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. From Urva web, go to Operations and click on Tasks.
  2. Select any particular activity from the list.
  3. Select one or more tasks from the checklist and then go to the "Change territory" option from the right top corner.
  4. Now select the territory to move the tasks into it.
  5. Finally, click on the Submit button.
