URVA facilitates users with the option to change the territory of the task/Move task from one territory to another in one go. This saves a lot of time & effort.
To change the territory of the task/ move a task from one territory to another, follow the steps mentioned below:
- From Urva web, go to Operations and click on Tasks.
- Select any particular activity from the list.
- Select one or more tasks from the checklist and then go to the "Change territory" option from the right top corner.
- Now select the territory to move the tasks into it.
- Finally, click on the Submit button.
