Change Password & Reset Device
Change Password
Supervisor can change password of the user using URVA. To change the password, please follow the steps mentioned below:
From URVA home page, go to the Users
module under Identity management.
- Now choose a user and click on it to open its detail.
- Click on the
Lock
icon from the top right corner to change password.
- Fill New password and Confirm password.
- Finally, click on Change Password to save these changes.
Reset Device
URVA ID can be logged in on one device at a time. If person tries to login with another device, he will get error" User account already in use". To avoid this, web user can reset the ID for new device bu flowing these steps:
- From URVA home page, go to the
Users
module under Identity management.
- Now choose a user and click on it to open its detail.
- Click on the
Phone
icon from the right top corner to Reset Device. ( In Search Option, you can search User ID which needs to be reset)
- Click on Yes for the confirmation of reset this device. User ID can now be logged in other device.
