Centralized location for recording of call logs

Web users can view the call details performed by field users at the time of task completion, which have been completed via URVA cloud calling.

To view the calls and other details, please follow the steps below:-

  1. From the URVA home page, Click on the Call Dashboard. 
  2. Click on the call details - Field or Completed. 
  3. You can view the details - Like- Contact details, Name and Call records etc. under Info. 
  4. Click on the Task option to view the completed tasks.
